Welcome to Southeast Moving & Storage. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
We provide local and long-distance moving, specialty moving, packing/unpacking, commercial relocation, and storage services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Binding quotes are provided after an in-person walkthrough or detailed consultation.
Non-binding estimates are for informational purposes only and may change.
Final pricing may be adjusted if additional items, services, or changes occur on moving day.
A deposit may be required to reserve your move date.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled move.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the move may result in loss of deposit.
Payment is due in full at the completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved checks.
Unpaid balances may result in items being placed in storage until payment is received.
You or an authorized representative must be present during the move.
All items must be ready for transport unless packing services are included.
You are responsible for securing valuables (cash, jewelry, documents).
We do not move hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, firearms, or perishable goods unless arranged in advance.
We are licensed, bonded, and insured.
We are not responsible for items packed by the customer unless negligence is proven.
Storage is available for short- and long-term needs. Customers must maintain current payment on accounts. Items may be held until balances are paid in full.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in Tennessee courts.
